FAQs

  • Email me at coracupidtattoo@gmail.com, or use my booking form! The booking form requires all the information needed for me to seamlessly book your appointment. Click “book an appointment” in the navigation menu for more information regarding booking an appointment!

  • 1. Check to see if it’s answered in this FAQ.
    2. Email! Anything regarding booking I communicate through email. This helps me keep everything in one safe place to stay organized and be better prepared for the day of your tattoo (I try to answer messages on social media but they are much less likely to be answered in a timely/frequent manner).

  • Yes! You can find my current available designs here, or under the “available flash” link on this website.

You will be able to submit a deposit and claim a design, as well as submit any specific requests regarding the flash through this website. I will be reaching out via email shortly after your purchase to confirm a date.

You can also find available designs in the “available” highlight on my instagram @coracupid and can email me or message me there to inquire.

  • I charge on a sliding scale between $150-$200/hour depending on the location of the piece.

For general reference, I charge around $150/hr for flash designs, $175/hr for custom pieces, and $200/hr for more difficult locations.

My minimum is $150. If you have a budget, please let me know before booking a date so I can try to accommodate the best I can!

  • I currently take cash, card, and zelle as forms of payment. Card requires a transaction fee + tax.

Cash is always preferred! There is currently no ATM available at the private studio. I do my best to give estimates of totals before the appointment date so that everyone has the opportunity to be more prepared.

  • All emails will be answered in 1-4 business days. Feel free to email again if you feel I have not answered in a week following your initial email. Please check this FAQ, or email me if you have any other questions regarding your appointment! I am less likely to get to the direct messages through social media in a timely manner & is ideal to keep everything organized in one email thread.

  • Yes! Deposits are currently $100 and are required prior to confirming our appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable and apply towards the final total of your tattoo appointment. One reschedule is permitted per deposit. Please reach out with a 48 hour notice if a reschedule is needed.

  • The deposit will apply towards the original inquired tattoo design and total cost at the end of the appointment. It accounts for withholding the appointment date, and pays me for the drawing time needed for the design, as well as supplies used to prepare for the appointment.

  • Currently, masks are not required at the studio. If you prefer a mask be worn during our appointment, please let me know! I am happy to adjust anything to ensure you are comfortable during our appointment.

  • Yes! But for health and safety reasons, please limit to one guest accompanying you. The private studio has limited space.

  • Though it depends on the situation of the request, the answer to this one is typically a no. Depending on my workload, I’ll be drawing the design in the few days leading up to the appointment, and any changes needed can be adjusted during the appointment. There is typically extra time allotted in our appointment to make cushion room for setting up, breaks, and potential design alterations.

  • If you’re prone to razor bumps or are unsure about shaving at all beforehand, no worries! I’ll shave you at the beginning of the appointment.

  • ♡ Make sure you have no open wounds or irritation on the area of skin you are getting tattooed that day (including but not limited to bruises, sunburns, eczema, razor burn, scabbing, etc). Don’t worry about shaving if prone to irritation!

♡ Eat before your appointment! Bring snacks to help boost blood sugar if it is a longer appointment. Being well hydrated also helps ease the process (not binge drinking alcohol the day before appointment/no hangover, no excessive caffeine in the morning).

♡ Comfort is also key, so feel free to wear layers to access the parts we are tattooing, bring a blanket, jacket, headphones, or whatever makes you feel more comfortable. If you have any concerns the day of your appointment, please let me know so I can adjust to make the process as comfortable as possible :)

  • Much of my tattooing includes fine line work, which the body can have an easier time pushing out of the skin. Please never hesitate to reach out If you feel that you need a touch up! (I would love to make sure your tattoo is getting the love it deserves!) Though it takes 2 weeks to allow the fresh tattoo to heal, I suggest waiting at least 4-6 weeks after your initial tattoo appointment to allow the work to settle into the skin more before we touch up the work. The first touch-ups of my work are always free.

  • I currently tattoo in a private studio in Dallas, TX. The entrance to the studio is always locked. Each client will receive a confirmation email with a phone number to contact upon arrival, as well as location and parking details.

Please call or text me with any questions or to let you in!

  • At the end of every appointment, I make sure to run through aftercare with you for your specific tattoo. But if you need a refresh, you can find that information here.
